Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 July 2026. These terms are between you and Sakkas WW Ltd (Cyprus), operator of Socivora AI.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be 16+ and, if acting for a business, authorised to bind it. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.

2. The service

Socivora AI lets you create, schedule and publish social media content, including AI-assisted generation.

3. AI-generated content

AI output is a starting point and may be inaccurate, generic, or resemble existing material. We do not guarantee its accuracy or originality, or that it is free of third-party rights. You must review all content and confirm you have the rights to use it before publishing. You are solely responsible for what you publish.

4. Your content & licence

You retain ownership of the content and media you provide. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it solely to operate the service and publish to the platforms you choose. You warrant you hold all necessary rights to any media you upload.

5. Connected platforms

We publish through third-party platform APIs (e.g. LinkedIn, X). We do not control those platforms; they may change, rate-limit, reject, delay or remove content, and their availability may change. We do not guarantee that every post is accepted or delivered. You must comply with each platform's own terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, spam or infringing content; to attempt to generate prohibited content or otherwise misuse the AI; or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service. AI generation is subject to fair use within your plan's limits. We may throttle or suspend abusive use.

7. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are sold via Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are in EUR and renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. EU consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which may not apply once service use begins; otherwise fees are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or any specific result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. Contact: legal@socivora.example.
